US Plastic Pallets & Handling was founded in 2001 with a clear goal: to provide durable, cost-effective plastic pallet solutions for businesses operating across the United States and around the world.

The company was established by Jeffrey Righter, whose background in manufacturing, logistics, and product development spans decades. Prior to launching the company, Jeffrey spent over 16 years at Nova Sports USA, where he managed production operations, led research and development efforts, and helped design manufacturing systems.

As global distribution expanded, inefficiencies in traditional wood pallets became increasingly clear—higher costs, inconsistent quality, and limitations in shipping performance. Through firsthand experience, Jeffrey identified the need for a better alternative.

That realization led to a focused shift toward plastic pallets, including nestable plastic pallets, stackable plastic pallets, and custom plastic pallets, designed to improve durability, efficiency, and long-term value in modern supply chains.
